When you predominantly breathe through your mouth you have lower levels of CO2. This results in vasoconstriction and less blood flow to the brain. This could cause decreases in concentration, attention and performance. It can also lead to sleep disorders, anxiety and depression. Make it a point to realize how you breath and BREATH THROUGH YOUR NOSE!!
