WHY WE DON’T LISTEN LIKE WE SHOULD
There are so many things that try and steal our attention. In our workplaces, and in our lives, it seems like the world tries to steal our attention by adding more and more useless tasks that we have to do. We have to to decide that we will not settle for mediocrity. We have to decide we are going to make listening to people a priority.
