Fear is a neurophysiological response to a PERCEIVED threat. When you turn toward your fear (rather than away from it), you notice things about your fear that you didn’t know before. This awareness helps you overcome it.
Keep a journal of your fear and the emotions it causes.
WRITE IT DOWN! This creates a better understanding and you can evaluate if your PERCEPTION is accurate.
