STRIVE TO SINGLE TASK
We THINK we are more effective and efficient if we MULTITASK. However, we are truly unable to multitask, at best we TASK SWITCH. And this decreases our efficiency. They goal should be to STRIVE TO SINGLE TASK and put ALL our concentration into the task at hand!!
