The people we spend time with can be a weapon we use to deal with stress!

Proverbs 12:26 says "The righteous choose their friends carefully, but the way of the wicked leads them astray."

"Choose carefully" in the Hebrew is the word, tur it literally means to seek out, spy out, explore. This is a conscious effort with a set purpose. It implies to prepare for a mission.
