STOP FORGETTING!

Sometimes we cannot change because we forget what we learned. I read a recent stat that 24 hours after learning something we only remember 15% or less. So how can we change if we can’t remember what we learn. I have got to figure out a way to remember The things that I really need to understand in order to change.
