My desire is to have a POSITIVE influence on EVERY PERSON I meet, EVERY INTERACTION, EVERY DAY! You never know how much influence you can have with ONE INTERACTION! Certain things are not in your control. But seeing the TONE of an interaction with another person is in your control. Set the tone of positive influence and don't let negativity derail your influence!
