PAYING ATTENTION
It is really difficult to pay attention to something in our world. The average human attention span is 8.25 seconds. Due to social media and cellular phones the average human attention span decreased by nearly 25% from 2000 to 2015.
I set out to really work on paying attention to people that I am talking to. But it is harder than you think! So many distractions pull us away from truly listening.
