OBSTACLES = OPPORTUNITY

Our OR at NHS Medical Park flooded when a heat pump unit blew a gasket. But this team refused to be stopped in taking care of their patients. They saw OPPORTUNITY and not OBSTACLE. They worked in 2 different buildings in 4 different OR's for 12 hours and got the patients taken care of FIRST CLASS.
