Prayer has been a pillar in building my life as a Christ follower. But there is always work to do! Prayer has been shown in many scientific studies to be beneficial in many ways. Prayer for me is a spiritual tool but when science confirms its benefits it just shows how effective it is in our lives! Prayer is a way to commune with our creator and that is the real value!
