In order to listen radically, we must overcome obstacles that block our path. Obstacle #1. RESTLESS MIND.
PROCESS:
1. As you enter every interaction, say to yourself: “Focus your RESTLESS MIND!”
2. Concentrate on the EYES of the person you are speaking to.
