FOCUS 2 HEAL...Episode 2


Try to decrease your intake of HEAVILY PROCESSED FOODS. The foods are linked to High Blood Pressure, Diabetes, Cancer, Obesity, Inflammation and many other chronic health problems. If you can make 1 small change every week you will be healthier and FEEL BETTER!!

Read the labels! Check how long the ingredient list is. Check how much added sugar, artificial ingredients and sodium. Try to eat whole food plant based as much as possible. Try to cut out 1 processed item every week... you won't even miss it after a while!
