We definitely expend emotional energy in our lives every day. We decided who we feed our energy to. Who we encourage! Who we serve! Who we lift up! There are people in your life that need your love! BUT... you have to take care of yourself if you want to give your energy serving the ones you love!! SO... Are you taking care of your own energy???
