CONSTANT TENSION

There is a weight lifting technique called constant tension. It involves keeping a constant tension through the entire movement so there is no rest at the top or the bottom of the movement. Sometimes in life we have to keep "constant tension" on the obstacles that are placed in front of us if we are going to work our way through the obstacle. And when you are unsure how to proceed...
