COLD EXPOSURE

COLD EXPOSURE stimulates the activity of BROWN FAT which activates to warm your body and at the same time burns glucose and fats and thus leads to fat lose.

Brown fat breaks down blood sugar (glucose) and fat molecules to create heat and help maintain body temperature. Cold temperatures activate brown fat, which leads to various metabolic changes in the body. Most of our fat, however, is white fat, which stores extra energy. Too much white fat builds up in obesity. Some white fat transforms into a form of BROWN FAT called BEIGE FAT which creates more fat lose.

Take steps to keep the brown fat in your body healthy by eating a well-balanced diet, exercising and lowering the temperature in controlled environments like taking a cold shower or an ice bath 2-3 times a week.
