Stress is inevitable, but your response to stress is optional! The way we respond to stress is what defines us! You can respond in a way that creates a vicious cycle of unproductive events. Or you can make it a habit to respond in a way that creates maximum your potential!! Here are a list of things that are proven scientific productive responses.
MOVE YOUR BODY:
1. Exercise and playing a sport.
2. Get Outside.
3. Yoga and Massage!
