PREPARATION

Preparation is the margin between being the best and just being in the race. I can easily just be "in the race" without any preparation. But without preparation I will not excel. Every great adventure begins with preparation! The success of an expedition often comes down to preparation for what may come. In order to put ourselves in the position to be our best we must have a plan everyday to prepare our BODY, MIND and SPIRIT for the distractions, challenges and trials of any possibility. Preparation begins with making the choice, "I will do what it takes to maximize my potential"!
