ACKNOWLEDGE YOUR FEAR

FEAR is like a "check engine" light. It is telling us something in our mind needs attention. Don't ignore it! SEE YOUR FEAR. Think of the fear that affects you. Acknowledge that fear. Recognize where and when it usually comes. Don't run from it.
Then... take the time to understand what causes it. Fear that you perceive is usually the like the limbs of a tree. The real source of the fear is the root. Once you gain that understanding you can begin to work on the ROOT of the fear.
